AIM is currently hiring for the position of General Manager of the Hamilton Central Composting Facility.
As the most senior level team member of the HCCF and reporting to the President of AIM, the General Manager (GM) will capably manage and be fully accountable for the contract between the City of Hamilton and AIM. This position has full oversight of the operation, including financial and health & safety/environmental accountabilities, and leads, guides, and motivates the Compost Facility Team in Hamilton. The GM is a relationship management expert who leads by example both externally and internally. This position is the primary liaison between the City of Hamilton and AIM. Ultimately, this position oversees and ensures that AIM is operating the facility in compliance with the MOECC ECA and the signed Operations and Maintenance agreement while abiding by all relevant provincial and municipal legislation and regulations
