Joseph brings over 30 years of extensive experience in Engineering and Project Management to the AIM group, having commenced his journey in 2020. His expertise spans various sectors including water/wastewater treatment, industrial gas cleaning, and decarbonization technologies. With a proven track record, Joseph has demonstrated proficiency in the design, sizing, procurement, and commissioning of water & wastewater treatment facilities. Additionally, he has amassed valuable insights from the Oil & Gas industry, where he has led FEED studies and managed multi-million-dollar design build projects involving modularization, fabrication of equipment assemblies, site works, and construction contract management.
Detail-oriented and technically savvy, Joseph has adeptly tackled numerous technical challenges throughout his career. He has provided leadership for multi-disciplinary engineering teams and implemented effective strategies for monitoring project KPIs, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, quality, and timelines. Joseph’s current focus lies in business development, particularly in proposals for turnkey Design, Build, Finance, and Operate (DBFOM) projects within the organics recycling and biosolids industries. This includes expertise in composting & anaerobic digestion technologies, as well as biogas/syngas upgrade systems for producing low carbon Intensity (CI) renewable fuels. He also lends support to operations as required.
Fully trilingual, Joseph is a chartered member of both the Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) and the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, a post-graduate Diploma in Environmental Engineering, and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
