Our employees and outsourced support providers are the most valuable assets to the AIM organization. As such, all employees and suppliers are required to participate in proactive occupational health and safety improvement as part of AIM’s commitment to providing a safe and healthy work environment.
Every member of our organization works together to provide and maintain a safe and healthy work environment that meets or exceeds all legislated industry standards. AIM continuously strives to control or eliminate all reasonably foreseeable hazards that may result in accidents, personal injury/illnesses, fires, security losses, or other property damage.
Everyone shares the responsibility of meeting or exceeding legislated and industry standards, from our corporate leadership to our subcontractors. With this in mind, we are all dedicated to supporting a strong, proactive safety improvement process. We lead by example, placing safety first in all things we do.
Our health and safety program is supported by every member of the AIM organization and we all strive to ensure that the necessary resources are made available to the program. Health and safety impacts are at the forefront when considering all processing and process design decisions.
